An inspiring, international Real Estate firm has an exceptional offer for a professional German speaker with solid experience as an Executive Assistant to be involved in their vibrant, hard-working office located in central London.

You will be providing seamless EA support to the Senior Managing Director and Managing Director. Your responsibility will involve providing comprehensive administrative support, dealing with diary management, arranging meetings, screening incoming calls and emails and providing translation support in German and English. Within your role, you will be co-ordinating detailed travel itineraries, scheduling internal and external meetings and managing busy inboxes by utilising your organisational skills to the fullest. It is vital for you to have high attention to detail, exceptional communication and organisational skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of high-end individuals within the firm.

It is required that you are a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant with fluency in German and English and have a strong knowledge of IT and Microsoft software. You will be a confident individual who takes initiative and have a duteous approach during all times. Profile

  • Fluent in German and English to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Previous experience as an EA, Executive Assistant, PA, Senior PA, Team Assistant, Team Secretary or Team PA
  • Proven experience of working in a EA or Senior PA orientated role in a fast-paced, multinational corporate business environment
  • Experience of supporting senior managers or CEOs within a corporate professional environment
  • Flexible, good work ethics with a genuine team spirit mentality
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills, adaptable, approachable, committed, flexible, discreet, with great attention to detail
  • Confident of communicating at all business levels
  • Excellent IT skills and Microsoft
