Are you an ambitious and outgoing individual? Our client, a Leading Travel firm, is looking for a superstar Office Coordinator to join their team!

You will be based in their sociable office in the heart of Central London and will be the “go-to” person to ensure that the office runs like clockwork. Duties will include liaising with the Chairman’s PA to set up board meetings, booking quarterly business reviews and management team meetings, coordinating agendas and arranging international travel. This is the perfect role for someone with Office Management or Junior PA experience looking to develop their skillset.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and ideally be degree educated, as well as being organised, proactive and confident!
