My client who is one of the top 20 professional services company based in the heart of the City is looking for an experienced EA to provide primary support to 2 board members and 2 senior management individuals. This is a busy and varied role and will require someone who is switched on and enjoys being the right hand person of a boss.

Responsibilities

  • Diary management - arranging external and internal meetings and calls.
  • Gatekeeper and first point of contact.
  • Managing inboxes and email correspondence for self and for partners - helping draft and sending emails as the partners.
  • Collation and preparation of
  • Anti-Money Laundering - filling out the forms or arranging for them to be completed by the case handler, follow up historic AML and liaise with the anti- Money Laundering team.
  • Billing - raising bills, running reports and keeping a tracker of what has been sent/paid, Expenses.
  • Maintaining the database
  • Helping partners organise their papers and confidential filing.
  • Organising board meetings, conferences and some international travel
  • Attending some meetings and taking minutes of meeting
  • Ad hoc support to team members.
  • Cover support.

Skills and Experience required:-

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA at senior and/or partner level,
  • Dealing with highly sensitive and confidential material,
  • Excellent proof reading and typing skills
  • Proficient use in all Microsoft packages, knowledge of using financial systems and digital dictation and experience of invoicing systems would be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly organised
  • High attention to detail
  • Be proactive rather than be reactive
  • Taking initiative and be able to make decisions
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to be assertive and be able to push back on occasion
  • Be discreet and confidential
