What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • The main responsibilities are:

  • Work closely with the CEO supporting his day-to-day tasks.

  • Booking transport and accommodation

  • Organising meetings and managing databases

  • Dealing with incoming inquiries

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

  • Dealing with correspondence

  • Preparing presentations and reports

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems

  • Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews, onboarding etc

  • Ensuring that company policies are up to date
