An exciting opportunity has opened up for a new Team Secretary to join our client in their beautiful Central London office. This client is a market leader in investment banking and is a strong believer in work-life balance. They are seeking a Team Secretary with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

 

THE ROLE

As a Team Secretary Plus Sales Support you will expected to perform all secretarial duties as well as exude flexibility to provide backing for the sales team.

 Duties include:
  • Event Management
  • Data Entry
  • Arranging and organising meetings, taking extensive notes
  • Weekly reporting and pulling reports as requested
  • Preparing marketing information for sales team
  • Using specialist systems to log team products
  • Verify legal requirements are abided by in documentation
  • General secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining employee records
 

YOU ARE

 Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual for the Team Secretary/Sales Support position. It is essential to be a team player with a high level of organisation and strong interpersonal skills.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Previous experience is preferred

  • Ability to handle confidential material
