Calling all Creative PA's!
A well-established communications agency are looking for a talented PA, with a high attention to detail to join them for a maternity cover for 6 months. Situated in an amazing central London office, this company is offering a chance to hone your skills alongside a team of brilliant creatives, a cool and creative environment and amazing benefits!
As PA, you will carry out all traditional support duties including diary management, international travel, meeting and inbox management and more! You will also assist the wider team if required so should have a positive, muck-in attitude and always be willing to help! You will be the admin whiz behind the creative’s so should pride yourself on thinking for your exec to make their lives run smoothly!
ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PA experience (ideally in PR or similar) working for senior stakeholders within an agency environment/ creative industry. You will have exceptional organisation and time management skills and amazing attention to detail. You will be personable, super-friendly and remain calm and diplomatic at all times. It is essential that you have commercial awareness and an understanding of the creative media industry, with solid Microsoft office skills.
