An established financial services client based in the heart of the City are looking for a bright, engaging and articulate Office Manager to join the support team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Office Management role with lots of ownership and variety within the role. You will be based on Reception with another pure receptionist, but you are very much the Office Manager first of all. Some of the duties include;
To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £35k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus.

- Overseeing all the facilities for the floor
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Overseeing the budgets
- Attending tenants’ meetings
- Managing the Health and Safety records
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- Varied admin experience with Office Management or Facilities exposure
- Experience in Corporate, ideally Financial Services.
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
- A university degree
- A strong understanding of budgets
- Experience of managing staff.
This role will pay up to £35k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus.
