EA Manager

A leading global organisation, based in the West End, is looking for a credible and bright Executive Assistant to provide meticulous float support to multiple individuals across the business, as well as line managing a group of EAs. This part of your role will involve full 360 line management including appraisals, training, rotas, mentoring, holidays and getting involved in initiating best practice.

With regards to the EA support, you will be supporting very busy and demanding individuals on a daily basis and as a float across the business, it is important that you are able to remain adaptable and switched on. A high proportion of the role will be; extensive diary and complex international travel arrangements and scheduling meetings both internally and externally, as well as providing all other necessary administrative support.

This role will be perfect for someone who is incredibly switched on and articulate, with impeccable communication skills. Being a team player will also be incredibly beneficial in this role. They are looking for someone who is comfortable handling detailed competency based interviews, and someone who can articulate their intense PA experience handling diary and travel management.

Skills/Experience desired;

• Recent demonstrable experience supporting senior individuals with extensive diary and international travel arrangements.
• Line management experience preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communicational skills.
• Providing a high-quality of work, with a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Being able to work at pace without errors.
• Proficient using PowerPoint
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
