Are you looking for a new fresh challenge? Perhaps the current position is providing the variety you need? I am recruiting on the behalf of an expanding International and friendly Financial business based in the West End, who are now looking for their new Office Manager. Due to the current expansion in the London Office, the team are now in need of an efficient, friendly and proactive member, the assist the overall office.
The ideal candidate should be the lynch pin of the team, quickly blending and bringing chemistry to the office and being able to function effectively within the team.
Duties will includes but not limited to:
*Manage the team calendar;
*Book and schedule travels and meetings (for both the team but also clients);
*Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment;
*Make sure the compliance and health and safety requirements are met;
*Printing and binding meeting documents for the team
*Coordinate essential bookkeeping and client invoicing with Paris office;
*Process team expenses;
The role will also encompass and they will have the possibility to input on the following:
*Optimize current office procedures and systems and create new ones as necessary;
*Prepare investor profiles (in word) for client meetings;
*Lead effort on marketing/sponsorship
*Find ways our business could run in a smoother way and implement them.
Candidate specification
*Solid working experience as an Office Manager within a Financial environment
*Experience with accounts is desirable.
*Fluent French is desirable
*Excellent communication skills when liaise with senior client and investors
*Excellent working knowledge of all MS IT programmes
Paying £40-47K for immediate start
