EA to HR Director
We have a unique opportunity to be the EA to HR Director and HR Coordinator, at a global finance company based close to Bank Station in very spacious, slick offices. This is a dual role and would only suit an EA with a keen interest in HR. This is a permanent EA position and the client are looking for an EA who wants longevity and take on HR projects down the line. The EA must have impeccable attention to detail and be proactive - the HR Director needs managing! The HR Director is very well respected and needs an EA who is credible and able to represent them when they are not in the office. Paying £45,000-£48,000 plus great benefits.
*Supporting the HR Director and team
*Extensive diary management
*Preparing Powerpoint Presentations
*Processing invoices and expenses
*Extensive HR coordination
*Drafting contracts and letters
*Assisting setting up interviews
*Updating the database
*Keeping highly confidential records and information
You must have a strong knowledge of all the Microsoft packages and be confident in using new systems.
