Our Riverside (South West London) team are currently looking to recruit an Office Manager who will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient service to the Lettings team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy office and providing an effective PA service to the office head.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with HR; new starter inductions; facilities management; reporting and expenses.
  • The role also includes marketing duties such as drafting pitching documents and office branding.
  • You will also be support the Lettings Negotiators with all administration duties and any ad-hoc duties that they need assistance with. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role, and excellent administration skills ideally within Lettings.
  • The successful candidate will be a pro-active and organised individual, with good attention to detail.
  • You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.
  • You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
