A unique opportunity has arisen for an HR administrator to join a not for profit organisation. You must have HR experience in a similar environment but the ideal candidate will also have undergone or be in the process of doing their CIPD. You must be able to work under pressure, and be able to deal with HR enquires in a discreet and sensitive manner. You must have an understanding of the key elements of recruiting and a real understanding of diversity and equal opportunities within the company. You must be processed driven and have a keen eye for detail. You must be able to establish yourself within the company and be able to create and maintain a relationship with all members of staff; therefore, a welcoming and positive attitude is required. Day to day duties will include a manor of different tasks – including dealing with all the on-boarding of new staff members, dealing any enquires from members of staff and drafting letters and documents such as out offer letters and contracts of employment.
