Your new company
A US industry leading Technology Trading Platform with a strong UK presence is expanding their London office and seeking an experience Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Office Manager and support the wider business with various ad hoc administrative tasks. The business is a buzzy, friendly, collaborative environment with 100 employees in London and offices in other locations globally.

Your new role
As the Assistant Administrator, you will be a key coordinator in the day to day running of the office. From diary management with senior management, to ad hoc admin with the individual teams this role is perfect for someone with a 'can-do' attitude and efficient organisational skills. You will be reporting into the Office Manager with a strong potential for you to move into the Office Management role eventually and eventually build out your own team.

What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need to have substantial experience in a team assistant/ office administration role previously in a professional services environment. Previous financial Services experience is desired but not a necessity.
