AV Technician

Our client, a top law firm based in the City currently has new openings for two AV Technicians to come on board and join their team to provide exceptional service and be part of a top team.

Your duties as a key member of the team will be include:

• Setting up meeting rooms with correct equipment all in working order
• Moving equipment between rooms and floors
• Ensuring that all portable equipment is locked away securing when not in use
• Attend any first line issues / requests regarding equipment which includes Webexs, Telepresence, Vidcons
• Report any complex issues to relevant departments
• Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
• Responding effectively to requests in a professional manner
• Support team members and part of the wider facilities team

• You will have previous relevant knowledge/experience of setting up AV equipment
• Excellent communication skills internally and externally
• Real team player and able to build rapport with colleagues and clients
• Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines
• Able to deal with last minute changes
• Able to use your initiative, be flexible with a muck in attitude
• High attention to detail
• Real enthusiasm for your duties to ensure a high level of service is provided

Please note there are two positions available:

09.30am – 17.30pm

Or

13.00pm – 21.00pm

Previous relevant experience within a professional environment with at least 15+ meeting rooms would be a real advantage for this position.
