Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Secretary to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this busy accountancy firm 3 days each week, supporting two Partners and working alongside other secretaries within the team, Wednesday to Friday.
The part-time position is based in Redhill and hours of work will be 9am - 5.
The main responsibilities for this reliable and efficient Secretary are:
*Proofreading, preparing and formatting documents
*Scanning and filing
*Preparing bills and expenses
*Diary Management and booking meeting rooms
*Arrange travel and accommodation when needed
*Audio and copy typing
*Daily banking
We are looking for part-time Secretaries who have:
*Previous secretarial experience
*Advanced MS Office skills & 50 wpm typing speed
*The ability to work with strong attention to detail, grammar and spelling
*The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
*The ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
