Showroom Consultant / Administrator - Luxury Brand

Leading Luxury Brand based in the West End is looking for a Showroom Consultant to come on board and join their super friendly team.  You will be a product and brand ambassador, responsible for providing consumers and dealers with a fantastic customer experience and providing them with information on your products.  There will also be some administrative support – dealing with phone enquiries, record and log showroom traffic and some ad hoc administrative tasks.  Your role is key and you will be an active part of the team contributing to the company’s shared goals.   

Your work colleagues are extremely well presented, articulate and professional in their manner, with the ability to maintain high-level customer service at all times.   They are looking for someone to join them with the same attention to detail and level of charm, someone who will be at ease when dealing with HNWI’s and who will be able to develop empathy quickly with prospective clients.   You will need to be confident and possess good communication skills as well as being  comfortable working in a busy, retail environment.  You will need to be prepared to work at their busiest trading periods, including an occasional Saturday’s (for which you get time off in lieu).  An interest in the culinary world, fine wines or hospitality would be an advantage, but not essential.  Experience working in luxury retail is a must.  This is a fantastic role for someone who is calm, personable and has a passion for luxury and who enjoys being surrounded by beauty and quality!  Generous clothing allowance and pension, 25 days hols.
