My client, a leading interior design company based in prestigious offices in Chelsea, are looking for a Project PA to support the Director. The successful candidate will have gained secretarial support experience and ideally have knowledge of Photoshop. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable organisation with high-profile clients.


THE ROLE
PA to Director Duties

  • Director and Teams travel arrangements – Arranging all travel and hotel accommodation as required by the team member.
  • Arranging Meetings & Co-Coordinating Diaries
  • Ensuring all contacts are entered on to salesforce CMS and liaising with them in Directors absence
  • Project Secretary General Point of Contact – Liaising with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Consultants regarding any issues that may occur.  Being the next point of contact if the job runner or the required staff member is out of the office thus admin will require knowledge of the jobs they are working on
  • Issuing information, drawings, schedules, specifications, sketches. Controlling issue sheets.  Responding to queries from team & outside bodies regarding issuing. Ensuring everything is recorded on the server: creating CAD record folders, record copies of issue sheet. Proof reading drawings etc given by the architects before distributing.
  • Assisting Planning process

THE PERSON
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional services
  • Experience of working as a Team Secretary/PA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to use photoshop advantageous
  • Ability to us In-Design advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience of working to strict deadlines
  • Ability to create, enhance and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent Organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to pro-actively plan and take ownership of own workload
  • Ability to cope with change in a fast-paced environment
