An exciting Private Equity firm is looking for a proactive junior personal assistant to join their successful team in the Westend, providing high-level support to their investment office. (They are less corporate than they sound.) 

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy PA role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:

WHO YOU ARE

  • Answering the telephone and taking messages
  • Co-ordinate team meetings, attend meetings and take minutes when required
  • Assist other PAs when necessary and other staff with general requests, admin, etc
  • Meet and greet guests (Keep board rooms tidy and book rooms accordingly)
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects throughout the year
  • Compile and circulate weekly market intelligence emails
  • Procurement of office supplies
  • Monitor all systems (heating, air-con, alarm, etc)
  • Ordering lunch (if not on Seamless)
  • Data and filing management (Fundstack, Outlook)
  • Collecting Data for quarterly reports from portfolio companies
  • Deal with queries from companies seeking finance from DN
  • Arrange PoAs and NDAs for deals and liaise with notaries and fund administrators
  • In consultation with Finance, collate KYC information for all transactions
  • Ensure that we have signed copies of IC approvals, legal agreements and cap tables for all deals post each transaction and file
  • Assist deal team with scheduling of Due Diligence interview programmes (management references, expert calls, etc)
To be successful, you will predominately be an enthusiastic, willing to learn and proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude.

THE BENEFITS
This role will pay up to £25k (DOE), in addition to lunch paid for every day (ie. £3,400 extra per year) a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include:
