A creative music company is looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to join their successful team in the heart of the West End.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a varied Personal Assistant role with lots to do, so you’ll be the kind of person who is adaptable, flexible, enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:
• Setting up and maintaining office systems, including some data-management and filing
• Taking responsibility for organizing and maintaining meeting schedules, travel schedules and office calendars
• Communicating with senior level business clients, partners and industry representatives
• Acting as first point of contact, meeting, greeting and dealing with correspondence and telephone calls
• Participating and coordinating specific administration office projects and assisting in some HR coordination
• Ensuring office tidiness standards are reached, consumable office requirements are maintained and liaising with office equipment suppliers
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will be proactive, on the ball and have strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Requirements:
• Experience supporting senior management in a PA capacity
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• High level word processing and IT skills with knowledge of standard software packages
• The ability to work under pressure
• The ability to work on your own initiative
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
• Honesty and reliability
• Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience
• Experience of working in a multi-tasking office-environment role
• Degree educated
• An interest and/or qualification in music is beneficial but not essential

• Hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm
