IT Coordinator

A well-established award winning luxury villa specialist is seeking an IT Co-ordinator to join their award-winning multi-lingual team.

In this role you will be responsible for the running, maintenance and upgrading of all thing’s tech related, whilst being first point of contact for all technical issues.

Your duties will include:

• Providing technical support and training for all systems and networks
• Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
• Monitoring system and network performance
• Performing troubleshooting and maintenance activities
• Providing emergency out of hours and holiday support
• Maintaining licences
• Acting as a link between end users and high-level support

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working as an IT coordinator or in a similar role, have solid knowledge of IT systems and applications in both PC and Mac as well as an understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.

As user support and teamwork are a crucial part of this role you will need to have excellent communication and people skills.
