P/A Legal Secretary in Debt Finance to £45,000 + benefits

Our client is a prestigious US law firm located minutes from Liverpool Street or Bank stations. The firm has an exceptional reputation as an employer of choice and currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide strong legal secretarial, organisational and administrative support to the Debt Finance Department. Supporting a Partner and Associates, you will be the first port of call for clients so it is essential that you keep yourself up to date with all matters. You will also deal with extensive international travel arrangements, meeting/lunch/breakfast/dinner bookings, diary management, booking of Taxi's and couriers and any other ad hoc tasks that may be required. There will be complex documentation to keep your technical skills up to date and the team have said, the more you can do to lighten their load, the more they like it!
