We have a number of urgent part time opportunities with the primary focus on administration, team and customer support. You will be looking to work either part days (5 hours 5 days a week) or part weeks (3 days per week) and you must be genuinely happy to commit to part-time hours for the duration of the contract (9-12 months in duration).
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to a range of customer queries, inputting detailed information into CRM systems and providing technical support.
- Extensive phone based enquiry handling
- Administrative support relating to on boarding of new clients
- Records maintenance
Skills required:
- Previous Administrative or Customer Service experience, ideally phone based
- Strong IT skills - an understanding of online / CRM systems would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Must possess excellent attention to detail
