We have a number of urgent part time opportunities with the primary focus on administration, team and customer support. You will be looking to work either part days (5 hours 5 days a week) or part weeks (3 days per week) and you must be genuinely happy to commit to part-time hours for the duration of the contract (9-12 months in duration).

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to a range of customer queries, inputting detailed information into CRM systems and providing technical support.
  • Extensive phone based enquiry handling
  • Administrative support relating to on boarding of new clients
  • Records maintenance

Skills required:

  • Previous Administrative or Customer Service experience, ideally phone based
  • Strong IT skills - an understanding of online / CRM systems would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail
