Personal Assistant / PA within a slick office based in Chelsea is required to provide seamless support to the Director.
This Director is in need of a right hand person temporarily! The PA role will see you providing a high level of support to a small team, ensuring the smooth running of diaries and itineraries. This Personal Assistant / PA role will require the skill of a highly accomplished and articulate individual. Along with the experience and ability to execute this role effectively, the successful Personal Assistant / PA will need to have the ability to work at fast-pace, have an eye for detail and able to multitask at all times.
The ideal Personal Assistant / PA for this role will have strong experience working within an EA and/or PA role, ideally within the professional services such as property or consultancy. Excellent IT skills with strong experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are a must along with a strong telephone manner and the ability to organise effectively.
