West End
Permanent – part time / 31 hours a week
HOURS – 10-4pm on Monday / 8:30am – 4pm Tuesday-Friday
A unique position has just opened up working for one of London’s leading and high-end Healthcare clinics. An impressive, luxurious practice who’s patients are all UHWI. With this in mind, my client are looking for somoene extremely impressive personable and professional individual who can join their boutique organisation and act as the face of their brand as well as support the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
My client are looking for a genuine and passionate Team Assistant to join their team and really represent the face of the business. As well as meeting and greeting, you will support the team with diary management as well as the smooth running of the office. My client have a large number of HNWI clientele who visit the practice and therefore the utmost professionalism and seamless presentation is essential. Customer satisfaction is of the highest important.
WHO YOU ARE
The successful candidate will be bright and proactive. You will be superbly presented, articulate and possess excellent attention to detail. You will be enthusiastic and eager to learn as well as polite and proficient. You will have excellent spelling and grammar. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join an impressive business who thrive for excellence.
