Product Coordinator

Working for a well known retail brand in the heart of the West End, this is a great opportunity for a person with strong operations and post production skills. As well as strong photograph library skills who is immediately available to join the team

Role: Product Coordinator
Length: Initially interim however possibility of 6 - 12 month contract or permanent for the right person
Pay: £110 - £135 Freelance or £28,000 permanently
Start: ASAP Ideally Monday 12th August

ROLE:

To digitally rework images received
To maintain an image library of over 10,000 images and archive regularly, ensuring that the files can be retrieved quickly when needed
Build relationships with 3rd party providers, concessions etc. to obtain the best images
Manage the Excel spreadsheet and use Photoshop to touch up the images where needed
Respond quickly and efficiently to business requests
Coordinate and upload images to meet publishing deadlines., ensuring all images are consistent and resize/crop as necessary
Support the shoot team in ad-hoc tasks
Work with Retoucher on obtaining a process for marketing and campaign assets


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience managing a catalog of images
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excel, Word, Outlook, Photoshop, InDesign, Capture One
Minimum 1 years Online Art Direction
Understanding of Retail industry
