Calling all Junior PA’s with a passion for the TV Industry!! Our client, a successful and well-established production company is looking for an ambitious and charismatic Junior PA to join their energetic team in their cool East London Offices!
This is an office-based role reporting into 2 PA's who will be your Line Managers and Mentors helping you to grow into your role. As Junior PA, your typical day will revolve around diary management; setting meetings, international conference calls and lunches/dinners etc. Whilst covering the standard PA duties such as screening telephone calls, taking messages and managing emails efficiently you will also be responsible for organising international trips and detailed itineraries, dealing with expenses whilst also providing general assistance to the EA’s with ad-hoc tasks. This Junior PA role also offers the opportunity to get stuck into assisting with company events organisation and has great prospect of growth and progression within the company!
This role requires someone with a minimum of 1 years PA experience (managing diaries and working with top level Executives is a must). Experience within the TV industry isn’t a requirement but a genuine interest in factual TV would be a big plus! The ideal candidate for this role would be a natural team player with the ability to work independently using your own initiative. You must also have a high level of organisation, a great attention to detail and be a natural problem solver with a ‘think outside the box’ mind-set. Strong people skills and an exceptional phone manner are key to this Junior PA role. You will work alongside hardworking, friendly, and supportive people and feel valued in your role whilst also having loads of fun while at it! With company events happening throughout the year this company knows how to have a good time and are looking for fun-loving people to join the clan.
