Superstar Receptionist - Music Company

An exciting new opportunity for a bubbly and friendly Receptionist has just become available, working for a globally renowned music label, to be their ‘face’ and provide top class assistance as their Front of House.

Do you have previous experience in Reception/FOH roles, or excellent Customer Service skills? Are you someone with a passion for the creative and a love of music? If so then this could be the role for you!

We are looking for a mature and welcoming Receptionist to meet and greet all visitors, ensuring you are always friendly and happy to help. You will play a key role in the day to day operation of the offices - answering phones, managing the switchboard and booking meeting rooms when required, calendar management, as well as ensuring the Reception area is always tidy and well presented. Some assistance with queries and requests from staff will also be required but will not be the mainstay of this role.

Someone with excellent organisation skills as well as time management and communication is a must. We need someone who is confident and professional at all times, and able to work proactively.

This company are globally known for the artists they have produced and so first class service is a must! They are looking for someone who, although ambitious in their pursuit for a career in support, will be happy to embrace this role and be motivated to stay – not someone who will move on quickly or use the opportunity to try to get a foot in the door.

There will 2 shift patterns on rotation, and you will need be based around all three of their offices (all within the same area), so changing location shouldn’t be an issue for you.
