This established City based Recruitment Consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to join their talented and dynamic team!
The firm provides 360-degree recruitment services across a number of specialist sectors, including Business Support, Retail and Fashion Production, Finance and PR, Media & Marcomms.
Amongst the responsibilities of the Team Administrator will be:
*Acting as a point of contact for candidates over the phone and in person
*Pre-screening all temporary candidates and ensuring that existing workers are
audited on a regular basis, and that the company meets industry best practice
standards
*Managing advertising on external job boards and the company website
*Providing weekly support to the Finance Manager with payroll and credit control
*Running weekly activity reports
*Ordering and maintaining office supplies
*You will receive full training on candidate sourcing using online job boards
*Offering ad hoc support across the business
Team Administrator - What we're looking for:
*Ideally, we are seeking a candidate some previous experience in recruitment
administration, however any office administration experience, working in a fast-
paced environment, will be considered
*You will receive full training, however to benefit the most from this you will need
to be quick to learn, highly organised, and able to balance multiple priorities
*Strong MS Office skills, and confidence in using social media, will be preferred
This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis
