We have an exciting opportunity to support a growing leadership consulting organisation who serve a roster of well known FTSE 100 clients.
Working as part of a small, close-knit team of business psychologists, as Client Services Coordinator you will be trained up in using and administering this firm's specially developed psychometric profiling tools and provide front-line support to the candidates taking the assessment. You will be patient and detail focused and be able to explain systems to other people. You will be responsible for organising appropriate times for candidates taking the tests and coordinate the delivery of results and follow-up appointments with the consulting team.
As part of your role you will also support the Founder/MD in PA capacity and assist in the firm's marketing activities (updating the website, helping to compile blogs and newsletters and keeping the CRM up to date. This firm has ambitious growth plans so this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the early stage of it's lifecycle and the possibilities for development are huge for the right person.
Sciences or Social Sciences degree backgrounds are preferred. Strong MS Office including Outlook and Excel and some exposure to using a CRM/Customer Database essential.
