Office/Finance Administrator

City of London

£29,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an Office/Finance Administrator for a leading Finance company. The relevant person must have SAGE experience.

This is a varied role and you will be supporting the company with their Finance, office admin and HR. You must enjoy being the go to person in the office!

The role

Some of the duties you will be responsible for are:

  • Meet and greet all visitors, providing hospitality as applicable
  • Organise meetings and manage company diary
  • Undertaking and all office administration duties (Finance, HR and Office Management & Admin)
  • Providing daily support to the Finance & HR Manager
  • Providing additional support to the Senior Management Team and their departments, as required
  • Continuous liaison with clients and suppliers
  • Handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature including contracts and complex invoicing
  • Payroll: assist with preparation of monthly payroll

The candidate

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in where they have supported a team. They must have SAGE experience. You will be an all-round administrator/office coordinator with experience within finance so you are able to hit the ground running in this role.
