My client, a leading Property company with multiple sites across the UK, are looking for a Property Manager who has gained a minimum of a year's relevant experience, to work in their high-end West London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company who offer career advancement.

YOU MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE FOR THIS ROLE

The Role

• To administer the management of let residential properties 
• Managing any issues that arise within the tenancy
• Conducting inspections of the properties and ensuring any changes are reported accordingly
• Manage check-out process
• Client relationship management with landlords

The Person

• A minimum of ones years relevant Property Management experience
• Excellence in terms of maintaining confidentiality
• A professional manner and excellent customer service skills at all times
• Strong administrative, computer and organisational skills
• The ability to take the initiative in a confident and personable manner
• A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication
• Fine attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good negotiating and presentational skills
• Ability to build long term relationships between client and self
