An immediate start for a 3 month role.

Your role of the Customer Services Order Processor will mainly include processing a high volume of orders, setting up new accounts, liaising with internal depts, dealing with customer returns and updating suppliers on the delivery times.

A key part will also be communicating with customers in regards to the progress of their orders, recording the orders using the relevant IT systems.

What you'll need to succeed

It is essential that you have strong order processing experience, ideally from a manufacturing industry. You will have excellent computer skills, the ability to use multiple systems and experience of handling calls. Your order processing skills will mean that you have a high attention to detail and a track record of efficiently working to deadlines.

You will also be great at communicating as well as being approachable to both external and internal customers.
