Executive Assistant - Design Agency

A leading international branding agency based in Central London are looking for the best talent in the form of a Senior PA. This agency work with multiple well-known household brands and have produced some amazing work! This EA role will directly support the Chairman of the company and 1 other Director in all traditional EA duties. As such, you will have an extensive knowledge of the business and be able to think for your Execs.  You will type confidential correspondence, manage 2x inboxes, carry out general admin tasks, book meetings, plan all travel and generally provide support as required.  You should be a competent EA, used to protecting your Execs time, acting as a gatekeeper whilst developing strong client and staff relationships within the firm. You will work alongside another member of the admin team so should be comfortable delegating and enjoy a team dynamic. You will manage all personal requirements so being willing and happy to muck-in is essential.

To be considered for this role, you should be a senior PA/ EA (at least 5 years) with experience in design or similar creative industries. You must be composed, well-presented, calm and confident with a ‘can do’ attitude. You must have impeccable written and spoken English with the ability to delegate and prioritise, acting with a great sense of style and flexibility as required. You should have strong typing skills (60+ WPM) and advanced MS skills.
