A training consultancy are looking for a support administrator to work with the training team to produce and coordinate training materials for client seminars and training sessions. You will form strong relationships with the internal and external clients to listen to their briefs and produce branded training material.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a busy creative support role with lots of variety with interaction with a range of internal and external clients. Typical duties include:
  • Liaising with trainers to gain their briefs for branded collateral
  • Create and format material using Publisher, InDesign, Word and PowerPoint
  • Handling incoming calls and taking sales enquiries.
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have
  • Experience using PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Publisher to an intermediate level
  • Experience working within a creative role.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise.
  • Great telephone manner
