This leading global media agency are looking for somebody to join their central admin team to help provide pro-active and efficient admin assistance to over 900 staff on a daily basis.  As first point of contact, you will need to be friendly, helpful and approachable with great customer service, communication and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing all meeting room bookings, including AV and set up requests
  • Adding guests to the buildings visitor management system, creating guest and wi-fi passes
  • Booking travel – taxis, trains, hotels and flights
  • Ordering flowers / champagne on request
  • Assisting with events
  • General admin and ad hoc duties

If you have a passion for great customer service and an interest in media, this is an ideal opportunity.  Office experience preferable but training will be given to the right candidate.

Start date mid-October - 1 year maternity contract

Monday to Friday

Hours :  working on a rotational shift basis - 08:30-16:30 / 09:00-17:00 / 09:30-17:30
