1:1 Executive Assistant

Our client a distinguished boutique US investment firm based in a beautiful location in the West End is looking to hire an outstanding EA. This is a 1:1 role supporting a Partner and requires an EA who is ultra professional, highly articulate, adaptable with flexible and friendly nature. 

The position is a high-level EA role providing first-class support to a high profile partner who travels extensively with a high volume of meetings in London and across the globe. You will be a master at obtaining last-minute restaurant bookings, liaising with other EA's and providing seamless support. Looking to find an EA with a CV that shows longevity in roles 3- 5 years, has a strong educational background, charming, polite and hard working nature with a positive daily approach. 

This role is varied with business and personal EA duties so, therefore, requires an EA who has the capacity to keep important information highly confidential. 

Looking for a well dressed EA who understands that they will be an ambassador for the Partner on all levels. You will be working alongside a strong PA team who all work well as part of the team when needed and have an adaptable nature.
