An opportunity has arisen for a Legal PA to support several Partners in their Corporate Department (5 years' experience in a similar environment) is essential.

Legal PA - Corporate

A leading international law firm are looking for an articulate, well-driven and dedicated individual for their corporate department. They require someone who enjoys the breadth of tasks associated with managing busy diaries for the Partners and a range of Associates. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to go above and beyond within the role and build effective relationships with the Partners and clients.

  • Extensive and proactive diary management
  • Preparing documents, presentations and pitch documents, undertaking research and analysis as required
  • Ensuring appropriate file management systems are in place, including the filing of emails
  • Manage, track and coordinate the review of WIP and matter billings with the relevant associate/partner
  • Communicating with clients directly, screening calls and providing responses, including directing enquiries/requests to more appropriate areas in the firm.
  • Monitoring and managing inboxes, using initiative to re-route or prioritise, and action or draft response for review in order to reduce volume.
  • Responsible for proactively progressing and implementing outcomes identified from client relationship plans i. diarising/setting up monthly calls, follow up actions.
  • Complete appropriate and necessary DP tasks as and when required
  • Support lawyers in marketing activities including involvement in the preparation of pitch documents and presentations

Legal PA - Corporate

Key requirements for this role:

  • Ability to prioritise and reprioritise tasks where appropriate
  • Be a skilled Legal PA with extensive experience in the above duties
  • Advanced IT skills, including PowerPoint, Visio and Excel. All PAs are expected to have good IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as additional support for preparing professional slides including diagrams and other graphics for internal and external presentations.
  • GCSE in Math's / English is essential
