Position: Private PA and Office Manager for top family office based in Mayfair
Paying up to £42000 plus bonus
9am - 5.30pm

Job Description: Private and business assistance required for CEO.
My client is looking for someone with a ‘muck in’ and ‘can do’ attitude
who is happy to help the other EAs put cups in the dishwasher and welcome guests, as
well as support the CEO in a very senior position. This role will be the face of the company as you are the first person the guests (often VIPs) will see. It is a young, fun, dynamic office where everyone gets on and mucks in, despite being senior EAs! This is the attitude required.
Responsibilities:
Private PA Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management for CEO’s busy private and some business life
- Extensive private travel coordination, liaising with third party travel company
- Creating and securing hotels and holidays
- Regular restaurant booking
- Liaising with personal driver for his daughter and himself along with liaising with water and supplies
- Liaising with nanny to organise online shopping orders and coordinating personal shopping
- Lifestyle management to include (and not limited to); doctors, appointments, theatre and
entertainment booking
- Property management
- Any other ad hoc duties
Office Management:
- Manage front of house
- Meet & greet guests on arrival and departure
- Escort guests to the boardroom or Manager’s office and offer refreshments
- Make tea and coffee for guests
- Manage cleanliness of the office and kitchen area and maintain working order of the kitchen facilities, clear meeting rooms after meetings have taken place
- Book the boardroom for team when requested
- Manage replenishments for the office
- Answer telephones and transfer accordingly to staff
- Answer door buzzer and grant access to guests
- Organise couriers
- Other ad hoc duties as requested
- Happy manner, friendly, approachable, presentable
