Private PA to HNW Family

We have a really exciting and meaty Private PA role for an experienced PA to support a HNW couple in West London. Based in smart offices next to the Private Residence, this role is for an energetic PA with bags of optimism and a can do attitude! You will be responsible for the running of the household, recruiting and liaising with household staff, booking all personal appointments for the couple, running around doing personal shopping, arranging private jets, chauffeurs and booking holidays. You will be handling the large and the small – from paying car insurance bills to setting birthday reminders! This is a fast-paced environment where plans change at the drop of a hat so you need to be reactive and remain calm under pressure. This is the job for someone who thrives taking control and creating order by putting systems in place. The couple are absolutely lovely people to work for and you would be able to make the role your own. A wonderful opportunity for a Private PA who has had at least 3 years experience working in a private household.
