Top US law firm based in stunning City offices, is looking to hire a new Recruitment & Development Assistant/Coordinator to join the London office on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to assist with all matters relating to graduate recruitment, fee earner hires and business support recruitment.  Responsibilities will include handling the UK graduate recruitment programme, including seat rotations, trainee appraisals, supervising open days and managing the law fair process.  Other duties include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment processes for lateral Associate and Paralegal hires and business services, attending recruitment meetings, maintaining relationships with agencies, assisting with CV selection, setting up interviews and providing feedback to agencies and candidates.  Candidates should have at least 12 months experience working in HR, preferably within a law firm, with a focus on graduate or legal recruitment a huge bonus.  Applicants should also possess exceptional communication and organisational skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
