Wealth Management Team Assistant

We are looking for a top candidate to join one of the world’s leading banks in a team and client support role. This is a meaty and varied role for an individual who has exceptional administrative skills, a high attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and efficiently. As well as administrative, this is a client facing role so heightened interpersonal skills are a necessity. As Team Assistant your role will first and foremost be supporting a team of Wealth Managers who are first point of contact to all clients. They will spend a lot of their time out of the office so you will be left to your own devices a large majority of the time, where executive decisions based on common sense will need to be made. You will need to be one step ahead of the team at all times and assist them in all areas of support from on boarding new clients through to assisting with trades and other financial technicalities. You will be in charge of all soft and hard materials that are sent to clients so it is your responsibility to pin point any hidden errors that may occur and amend them before documents are sent. This role requires someone who has the ability to carry out tasks to a very high standard enabling your superiors to build and maintain strong client relationships.


You will be part of a friendly yet hardworking team who is looking for a like minded individual to join them as soon as possible in a challenging yet rewarding role. At least 2-3 years previous experience within the private baking is advantageous, preferably in similar role. You will be tested on your accuracy and accountability before being invited to an interview so we are only interested in meeting top candidates who are confident in their business acumen. You will be educated to degree level or higher and have an extensive knowledge of finance. An added financial qualification is advantageous but not mandatory. This is a role for a confident candidate who is eager to establish a solid working relationship within a renowned bank.
