Salary is up to £30,000

40 hour working week; Shift hours to cover 09-18 but please note 1-2 times per week shift hours will be 11-20 plus one in every 4 saturdays ( 09- 15) must be worked but you will have the Monday off in lieu.

Our client, a leading private clinic based near Harley Street are looking to recruit a clinical receptionist / administrator to support their team and ensure the smooth running of the office. You'll be working as part of a team support staff, acting as the face of the company whilst assiting with a diverse range of administration that this role brings.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days will be the same, you must be numerate as you will be helping to administrate payment plans, customer focussed to provide exceptional service, tech savvy and and a real team player.

Candidates must have previous front of house & administration experience.

  • Meet and greet patients
  • Booking appointments and updating patient records
  • Completig daily cash flow
  • Ensure telephone calls are dealt with quickly and efficiently highlighting any areas of concern to the Practice Manager as soon as practical
  • Ensure all patients are treated with courtesy and consideration at all times
  • Social media updates
  • Updating formulated excel reports
  • Distributing post
  • Producing client charts
  • Responsible for administrative activities including - checking emails, drafting and sending emails; sending/retrieving dictation via computer programme; drafting and mailing general correspondence/patient letters.
  • Ordering stock / creams
  • Preparing templates
  • Answering phone calls
  • Co-ordinate the running of surgery
  • To complete the end of day administration
