Call Centre Manager Role for new call centre in Birmingham

Client Details

My client is a busy organisation who are going through an exciting growth period and as a result of increased business are looking for a Call Centre Manager to work in their new call centre in Birmingham.

Description

Duties:

Training new call centre operatives

Motivation

Mentoring

Creating / Managing incentives

Quality monitoring

Daily supervision of the call centre team and processes

Developing standards, processes and procedures

Employee development, performance management

Striving to continually improve the customer experience

Compiling reports

Profile

Skills:

Strong customer service / call centre / contact centre experience

Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high performing teams

Able to create and deliver processes that deliver great results for customers

A true sense of ownership and responsibility

Strong IT skills

Good understanding of GDPR

Organisation

You must be a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude who is solutions orientated.

This is an opportunity to make your mark on a growing organisation who like to promote staff from within.

A background in the energy industry would be a distinct advantage although applicants from backgrounds other than energy will also be considered.

Job Offer

Salary for Call Centre Manager £25,000 Basic & Bonuses/package worth up £25,000 on top of basic

Pension

24 days holiday

Hours 12 - 8 (these hours may change - however the successful applicant must be able to commit to these hours for a minimum of 6 months).
