Personal Assistant- City of London- £17-£21 per hour
We are looking for a PA to join our client, a global investment firm in the City of London! The role is temporary and paying up to £21 per hour, a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate! It will require professional support to the Head of Marketing and the wider team. The candidate must be keen to learn and develop, and have experience within a corporate company.
Duties will include:
*Complex diary management
*Preparing travel arrangements
*Organising meetings, conferences, events and entertainment
*Minute taking from internal meetings
*Management of expenses
*Updating and creating presentations
*Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks
*Providing adhoc admin support
The role is an exciting opportunity for those who have a keen interest in marketing, finance and business. Also, who will go in and make a difference and alleviate the work for the teams. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role, knowledge of Microsoft Office, be organised, a forward-thinker, good planner, have good attention to detail and able to demonstrate high standards of work. Also, confident, excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and build relationships across the business.
