Temporary receptionists needed ASAP

We are looking for temporary receptionists with all levels of experience to join the temping team. We work with all industry sectors, from creative, corporate, charity, medical, legal and more. If you have had some experience on reception, are free over the next couple of months with not too much holiday booked in then keep reading on to check you can cover all of these requirements. 

Requirements:

- Answer all calls promptly and professionally

- Gatekeep/take messages where appropriate

- Meet and greet all visitors

- Manage the room bookings

- Manage caterings for bookings

- Ad hoc administration
