The purpose is simple: to maximise engagement with the audiences that matter most to our clients. They bring a global, creative perspective to communications challenges – from offices in Europe, North America, Asia and the Gulf.
We are looking for Marketing Manager to come on board and deliver on some new and exciting projects.
You will:
- Support the development of all employer brand-related recruitment and retention activities, including inductions, internal training, learning and development activities on behalf of marketing
- Develop relationships with third-party suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and service levels
- Support with development of the marketing team, management of our Marketing Assistant, training and motivation
- Support the Director of New Business & Marketing with:
– overseeing marketing strategy and budget
– brand management and corporate identity
– identifying target markets and opportunities, exploring buyer behaviours and insights to help guide marketing activities
– development and management of the CRM database
– logistical organisation of all marketing events including thought-leadership seminars/events, client parties, corporate entertainment, internal company meetings and other miscellaneous events including project management, promotion, budget planning and control, follow up and analysis
- Co-ordinate the pipeline and manage the production of thought leadership content via case studies, blogs, short films and events
- Management of the corporate website and social media channels. Production of monthly analytics reports.
- Secure viable new business opportunities through managing the relationship with intermediaries and new business consultancies
- Support the strategists with any research and/or information they need for new business including PQQ’s, ITT’s and RFP’s
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all teams and offices are kept informed of marketing objectives and apprised of global and local activities.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and activities. Update weekly progress reports for UK marketing team as well as monthly Global reporting
Key Experience:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in marketing
- Can demonstrate a strong understanding and experience of using online channels, social media and Google Analytics
- Understands best-practice marketing approaches and has experience of implementing these
- Demonstrates strong project management skills, having previously managed and reported on a number of different work streams at any one time
- Ability to work across regions, and manage competing expectations from multiple offices
- Good presentation skills
- Works collaboratively, and has experience of stakeholder management at all levels
- Able to establish and maintain a network of internal and external contacts and share insights with colleagues
- Has mentored/coached junior members or wider teams as appropriate
- Demonstrate managerial skills within the marketing team.
- Understanding and appreciation of the importance of legal and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in dealing with client/agency intermediary organisations such as the AAR.
Person profile:
- Able to work on own initiative and to short and potentially competing deadlines
- Excellent writing skills, able to draw out and articulate key messages
- Strong attention to detail
- Good influencing and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware
This is an exciting role for someone with around 3-5 years’ experience of working in a similar Marketing Manager position. A great opportunity to lead from the front and work with some amazing clients in a dynamic environment.
