This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Private PA to support the very busy lives of a TV personality, as well as his wife and young family. Based in an office nearby their Marylebone property, you will support the family to ensure that everything in their lives runs smoothly at all times, and that high standards are always maintained. Overseeing everything from diary management, travel coordination, managing the household and household staff, as well as personal shopping – this is a varied role that requires a positive and proactive approach.

This role is relatively new and still evolving, so would suit someone experienced, who is able to come in and make it the role their own. You will be required to devise new systems and procedures to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, both in the families lives and their household.

Usual working hours are 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday with flexibility and occasional on-call required.


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Staff management
  • Keeping an overview of what is happening across all areas
  • Development and implementation of systems and procedures 
  • Organising events/parties
  • Negotiations with suppliers
  • Payments
  • Travel arrangements including visas
  • Household recruitment 
  • Management of household issues/repairs etc
  • Restaurant reservations/bookings
  • Personal shopping and errands

Essential skills:

  • Experience working as a Private PA alongside household staff
  • Experience with setting up household administrative systems
  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Perfect English communication and grammar
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Brilliant checkable references
