Role: French Administration & Data Entry Executive

Start: Immediate (Next week)
Location: Edinburgh
Pay rate: £19,000 per hour + Holiday pay
Contract: Permanent

Our client is a leading global provider of premium visa services to businesses and individuals. They are now working on migrating visa applications to a destination country onto an electronic form and processing electronic visas. This task will require high attention to detail. You will have client interactions to discuss application follow ups and updates. The role will suit a candidate with a proactive approach, high attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing the client with up to date information on applications
  • Respond to all information requests in a timely manner
  • Communicate with various business teams (processing, dispatch, and courier) of any changes a client needs to make
  • Documenting information on all active files with high accuracy utilizing Private Notes
  • Providing clear feedback to management on customer's experience and perceptions
  • Process research on application requirements as necessary
  • Keep self- informed and educated on all changes in business that impact quality
  • Entering data onto consulate electronic forms
  • Cross checking completed workloads to ensure the data record is accurate
  • Managing electronic filing systems and scanning of files.

Requirements

  • Previous administration and/or data entry experience
  • Fluency in English to a high standard (Both written and spoken) - Essential
  • Fluency in French to native level.
  • Proven excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
  • Proven organisational abilities and time management skills
  • Flexibility to travel to other offices when required (within London)
  • Graduate level degree or equivalent (desirable)
