12month FTC

Our client is an established commodities firm, based in the heart of the City. They are looking for a reliable, proactive Office Manager to support them on a 12 month FTC basis. This is a part time role - working either 3 full days a week or 5 shorter days a week.

Providing Office Management support across the boutique firm, as well as supporting a board member on an Executive Assistant basis.

The culture is very down to earth, collaborative and would suit someone with previous experience within a smaller firm, where you have had a varied support role before.


Duties include:

  • Managing inbox and diaries
  • Planning and booking travel
  • Typing of confidential and progress reports, proposal letters, briefing documents and presentations
  • Planning and managing internal and external events
  • Producing monthly expenses for consultants and forwarding candidates expenses for appropriate reimbursements.
  • Creation of marketing and business development events
  • Monitoring marketing initiatives
  • General office facilities administration
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new staff
  • Greeting clients to the office when attending meetings

In order to be considered for this role, Office Management / PA experience is essential as well as good MS office skills.
