Our client, an international and rapidly expanding Accountancy practice, is looking for an HR Officer to join their team and work alongside the HR Manager to continuously improve the HR department and drive forward key HR strategies.

You will be involved in:

• Employee relations matters
• Induction
• Training & Development
• Inbound/Outbound staff management
• HR Software
• Reward - payroll, salary reviews etc
• Ad hoc tasks

Person specification:

• Degree level or equivalent/CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
• Solid operational HR experience - preferably in Accountancy or Professional Services
• Must have excellent organisation skills
• Great verbal and written communication skills
